Once your order is placed: Your order will be dropped off at the courier within 1-2 working days.

National: A R60 flat fee will be charged within South Africa as we ship through Pudo.

Collection at Nearest Pudo: R50 flat fee. Please use your nearest Pudo Locker as your address otherwise the nearest suggested point will be selected. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that you are able to access the selected Pudo Locker. An email will be sent to confirm this selected Pudo Locker to avoid any issues.

Please note: If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo Kiosk or Depot.

Within Pretoria: For Students studying in Pretoria, free collection around Hatfield can be arranged on request. Please send an email to suturekits@gmail.com to arrange a pickup.
